I had bad experience with some of autorecurring membership, you know that automatic bill credit card for membership transaction?
I had join vip membership for website builder [I’m not giving you the website address for some reason], this site was very bad I think. It was bad idea to join this membership so 2 month after joining I have do nothing with this. Actually first month I join in 20 January 2008, for next month membership… Process build site for me takes a week until 2 Feb 2008 I received email for address of my domain [acutally their sub domain account with my name registration]. But in the same date they bill my CC again $39.95 for february membership!
The site that they give me not appear because the server down, it takes 2 days more. After that I look at site menu, this is very not professional website…, this is not what I’m supposed to join before. This was very disappointing me, so in 20 february 2008 I email them request to stop membership for next month, but I was surprise that this day, 2 March 2008, I receive email that they had bill my cc again $39.95 for march membership.
This is ridiculous…. How to stop them for automatic billing my credit card?
